In response to the evolving landscape of project management, the OSPRO team designed a modular - based Project Management System aligning with the regulations outlined in the minister of Public Works and Housing Regulation No.1/2023 This system integrates seamlessly with Android native modules, strategically minimizing field monitoring misuse. OSPRO ensures comprehensive project planning, effective team coordination, vigilant supervision, risk management, change management, quality control, regular reporting, and transparent communication. The system's adaptability empowers stakeholders with a customizable dashboard for role-specific logins (BoD, PM, Team Member). OSPRO contributes to efficient project execution, risk mitigation, and enhanced decision-making.
