Requirements

• Key Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field (Associate’s Degree holders are welcome).
  2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
  3. Required Skills:
     • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
     • Good understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD)
     • Able to create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
     • Understand responsive design principles for web and mobile
     • Good communication skills in eliciting user and stakeholder needs
     • Understand the basics of usability and accessibility
  4. Additional Skills:
     • Experience designing enterprise applications such as ERP, HRIS, Finance, Inventory, or operational systems
     • Experience compiling Design Systems and UI Guidelines
     • Understand Design Thinking concepts
     • Experience conducting usability testing and user research
     • Understand the basics of frontend development (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, React, or similar)

  Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user needs analysis with Business Analysts and stakeholders
  • Create user flows and information architecture
  • Create wireframes and prototypes for features to be developed
  • Design consistent and user-friendly application interfaces
  • Compile design systems and reusable components
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure design implementation matches the plan
  • Review and revise designs based on user and stakeholder feedback
  • Prepare design documentation for development needs
