- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in creating and delivering impactful presentations.
- Able to work independently or in a team.
- Familiar with ERP software and SaaS solutions.
- Familiar with Fleet Management System (FMS/TMS) is a plus.
- Familiar with Project Management (waterfall/agile) is a plus.
