- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related field. - Experience with project management software. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in English and Indonesian. - Certification or experience in project management is a plus.
Preferable - Assist customers with product adoption, including training, troubleshooting, and needs analysis. - Deliver product demos and presentations to potential customers. - Assessment customer needs & create proposals for customers. - Collaborate with the development team to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. - Coordinate with the development team in product development and resolving technical issues. - Possess basic knowledge of project management principles. |
