- Bachelor's degree in any major, with a preference for Information Technology, Business, or Communication. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong analytical skills to understand customer pain points and knowledge of business processes. - Previous experience in Sales or Marketing within an Information Technology Company is advantageous (fresh graduates are welcome). - Experience or certification in project management is a plus.
Responsibilities: - Support superiors in developing sales strategies and plans aligned with revenue targets. - Generate sales funnels and forecast sales. - Achieve product sales targets. - Conduct customer visits, product presentations, follow-ups, negotiations, and oversee project closures. - Collaborate with superiors in determining product pricing and promotional schemes. - Serve as a project manager, overseeing project planning and ensuring successful customization. - Coordinate with Development and Pre-Sales Teams regarding projects. - Work with the finance department to ensure timely payments from clients. - Liaise with the Operations Manager and clients for testing, handover, and implementation. - Collaborate with operations to enhance cross-selling and up-selling to existing clients. - Provide insights for marketing and development efforts. |
